Downtown Richmond Off Track Betting Center Has Successful Opening Day On Monday

Thanks to everyone who came out to Monday’s opening of the new downtown Richmond Off Track Betting Center inside Ponies & Pints.

The OTB will be open 7 days a week moving from 12 Noon – 11 PM. The new restaurant features a huge craft beer selection on tap, is non-smoking, and has a horseplayers exclusive room (shown here) that has 13 flat screen TV’s, 4 self bet terminals and 2 manned teller stations.

The daily simulcast line up will mimic that of the OTB at Breakers Sports Grille in Richmond’s west end. Up to 20 different tracks will be available to watch & wager each day. Most weekend s from now through the end of April will feature prep races leading up to the May 6th Kentucky Derby.
