The Breakers OTB is open 7 days a week from 12 Noon – 11 PM. This week, the VEA staff is putting finishing touches on the second Richmond area OTB which will open next week!
It’s at a brand new restaurant/bar in the Shockoe Bottom area called “Ponies & Pints” (in the former Tiki Bob’s Cantina location at 110 N. 18th St). Customers will be able to choose from 60 different craft beers on tap, a full service menu and of course, a chance to wager horse races from 12 Noon – 11 PM seven days per week. Horseplayers in the area can stop by to check out progress this week. Ponies & Pints has its own parking lot on 18th Street.
