Warrenton Hunt Point-To-Point Race Meet

The Warrenton Hunt, second Point-to-Point meet of the spring season, is scheduled for Saturday, March 14. A huge 10 race program is set to begin at 12 Noon at the Airlie Resort.

Featured race is a $2,000 Virginia-Bred, Sired or Certified Flat at 1 1/8 miles which will close out the afternoon events at 5:30 PM. A 12 horse field includes David Bourke trainee Curve of Stones, who won a maiden special weight at the 2019 Middleburg Fall Races. Also in to go is Officer’s Oath and Vincent Van Gogo (shown here winning a maiden special weight at Laurel in 2018), who bring respective bankrolls of $93,884 and $76,844 into the race.
