After-Work Hops & Hooves Harness Racing

We’re going to kick off closing weekend of the 2018 harness racing season in Woodstock with a special “after work” Friday racing program from 3-6 PM. We’re inviting office workers to check out a little bit early that day and to even invite the boss for some “Hops ‘n Hooves” action at the Fairgrounds.

The Surf Jaguars, led by harness horse owner Nancy Lisi, will perform yacht rock favorites October 12th.

Draft beer will be specially priced at $1, and the Surf Jaguars from Maryland will perform yacht rock favorites in the party tent.

Legendary race caller Roger Huston will announce races at Shenandoah Downs during the “Hops ‘n Hooves” Friday program.
