FREE CIGAR MILE HANDICAPPING CONTEST –Saturday December 2nd at Ponies & Pints
Participate in our new series of FREE handicapping contests that will take place monthly at a Virginia Bets OTB. These are free and offer $500 in cash prizes. Saturday December 2nd should be a bonanza day for horseplayers — Aqueduct hosts 4 graded stakes including the Grade I Cigar Mile Handicap. Gulfstream kicks off their championship meet that day with the $1.1 Million Claiming Crown, featuring 9 stakes for claiming horses that traditionally draw big fields. A whopping 294 horses nominated for the 9 races!
Here are the simple contest details:
*Pick up an entry form that day upon arrival.
*Select a horse in each of 8 contest stakes races that afternoon.
*Players get a $2 mythical win/place bet on that selection.
*Turn in contest entry before first contest race.
*Contestants with the 5 highest mythical bankrolls win a prize.

*$250,000 Demoiselle Stakes (Gr. 2)
*$200,000 Go For Wand Stakes (Gr. 3)
