Join your fellow horseplayers and craft beer enthusiasts Monday January 16th at Ponies & Pints as the Virginia Equine Alliance opens its second Off Track Betting location. Located in downtown Richmond’s Shockoe Bottom neighborhood (110 N. 18th Street), the restaurant will debut with 50 beers on tap and a Midwest influenced menu that features open face sandwiches and other great selections.
The 16th is a federal holiday and that means many of the major tracks are racing, including Gulfstream, Laurel, Oaklawn, Aqueduct and Santa Anita. The restaurant opens at 11 AM and betting action begins at 12 Noon and continues through 11 PM.
