Richmond Area Off Track Centers Prepping For The World’s Richest Horse Race On Saturday

The Virginia Equine Alliance is getting ready for a big weekend at its two new Richmond Off Track Betting Centers, highlighted by Saturday’s $12 Million Pegasus World Cup from Gulfstream Park! The OTBs are located at Breakers Sports Grille in the west end at 9127 W. Broad Street and downtown at Ponies & Pints, 110 N. 18th Street.

Race fans can purchase pre-printed Saturday Gulfstream programs at both OTBs for $1.50. They will be available for advance purchase Friday, and of course on Saturday. Gulfstream has 12 races Saturday, including a handful of other stakes, with an early start time of 11:30 AM.  The Pegasus itself goes to post at 5:40 PM and it will be broadcast on NBC from 4:30 – 6:00 PM. Racing fans can also bet the Kentucky Derby Future Pool this weekend!
