The Virginia Racing Commission (VRC) will be holding its quarterly meeting at Colonial Downs on December 6th, at 11 AM. The meeting is public and will feature the request for approval of 2024 race dates for both the Summer 2024 Colonial Downs meet and the 2024 Spring meet at Shenandoah Downs.
